I am trying to access by TPG broadband account but I cannnot access it. I am TPG NBN customer since 1 year. But, I do not have customer ID. I have not used account before. So, I tried to access it by going through forget passoword and entering usename same as email before @. However, the result was not successful and the response given is mentioned below: Sorry, we are unable to send your temporary password. Please check and try again here.
So, how can i activate my account and access to my account? I need to access to invoices in there
