Can I please be provided via email from a tpg support representative, a email address I can send a complaint to in order to get a resolution for an account that should be cancelled but is still taking direct debits from my bank account. I have tried to resolve this via phone with my husbands help 3 times and we have gotten no where. I would like an email other than the one for customer relations as this email address is bouncing emails back and are not going through.
