Hi,
I topped up $100 + $50 in my prepaid balance account because i busted my monthly data. It's been 2 days and the money has not been debited from my account (so still no data~!)
Tried to call but i'm always on hold...

We've seen that you have been in contact with one of our Mobile Specialists advised that the payment may take 3-4 banking days to get posted and any prepayment balance amount can be rolled over to the next Billing Cycle.
