No feedback from privacy tpgtelecom team after 48 hours

Hi,

Following a call to client service 2 days ago (Sept. 26), I have been advise to email privacy@tpgtelecom.com.au as I cannot access my TPG account from overseas and cannot activate international roaming from overseas. Could you please follow-up, I followed all instructions and supplied my details, ID and selfie, etc. Looking forward to your urgent action.
