few days ago, I have submitted a cancellation request using the web form online, and as soon as I submitted, i received a email from TPG about Mail Delivery System error and it has my request details in it.
I have then forward that email to the cancel@tpg.com.au and then I still hear nothing back.
What is going on with the cancellation request process and could someone please give me an update?

We can check on our end to see if we have received your cancel request via email. Send us a private message with your TPG customer ID or account username and we'll take care of it.
