few days ago, I have submitted a cancellation request using the web form online, and as soon as I submitted, i received a email from TPG about Mail Delivery System error and it has my request details in it.    I have then forward that email to the cancel@tpg.com.au and then I still hear nothing back.   What is going on with the cancellation request process and could someone please give me an update?   ...
