Not able to access TPG Pay As You GO mobile account

I had 2 TPG numbers under TPG Pay As You Go service.

I am having issue to access both mobile account, the webportal access is not availble for me anymore.

 

I am not able to check my account balance and charge it online.

Can you please guide me how to do it.
