Are you not receiving the one time passcode on your mobile when logging in to My Account? Are you overseas at the moment but the roaming is not enabled? or do you need your mobile number updated?

Hi yes I am overseas but roaming is not working. I enabled and funded it before I left. I can't get on to my account to check what is wrong because I don't receive the log in text. Please help
