Not receiving confirmation code

Ive been trying to log in over the past 2 hours but I am not receiving my confirmation code, my mobile number is correct and I've tried pressing resend. It will not work

There is a known issue with users being unable to receive an OTP, and it is now under investigation by our Engineering Team. Provide an update on this thread when it becomes available.
