To everyone who is trying to get their account cancelled and are finding it impossible to get past the online "bot" generated "support", lodge a complaint with the TIO https://www.tio.com.au/making-a-complaint. TPG has a dedicated TIO complaints handler.
Provide as much information as possible, and the TIO will contact TPG to get it resolved.
