OZTALK not enabled monthly?

When i was moving from ADSL2+ to NBN home bundle i ticked the NBN50 $69.99 and OZ TALK $10.00 extra a month for unlimited calls three months into my contract i get some telephone charges that shouldnt be there.

i have spoken to your people several times and obviouly they cannot get it right please rectify this billing issue.
