I have just received a email regarding my direct debit payment not going through as my credit card has been cancelled. My new card is around a week away. I was wondering if I could make a one off payment then once the new card arrives I can update the direct debit details then.

You may contact our Account Specialists Team directly to nominate a Credi/Debit Card for one-time payment also to restrict the existing card on file to make future payment until the arrival of the new card.
