I had this same problem years ago and it took multiple emails to have this fixed. Problem has now returned. When i login to my account, it takes me to my old personal home page. We have 4 mobile plans but i can only click on my partner's mobile to view usage. When i click on the hyperlink to manage your services (which takes me to he new home page momentarily for a minisecong) it then comes back with error "something has gone wrong and redirects to login in again and around we go on an endless loop. I've tried this about 6 times, different sessions etc and no fix.
