What is the "compensation" if there is no landline phone or internet for months rather than days?

Would it be the full reimbursement of anything automatically paid monthly? Eg. $69.95.


Would it be a miserable amount like $10.

I think lawsuits should be reinforced more and especially when people need phones and the internet for medical reasons and/or even arranging important things like funerals.

In the 10 years I had internet and a phone in Asia not ONCE did it ever have an issue. Not once! And it only cost two cups of coffee per month for unlimited internet and the phone.

Australia is ridiculous when it comes to phones and the internet plus the prices do not match the service at all. Well and truly excessive.
