Can someone please explain why I am paying 89.99 for the NBN50 plan when it is advertised for 69.99. I want my billing amount changed to 69.99. I am not on a contract and I have been overcharged since the new price was introduced.

 

It is pathetic that I cannot contact someone to resolve a simple matter
