I am a student and NEED TO CANCEL my NBN Plan ASAP as it is an unecessary charge since I am no longer needing internet at that premise as I have moved out due to COVID. There should be an option on your account settings to simply cancel the plan but there isn't! I have tried contacting the sales team but it is almost impossible to get in touch with them right now. I think its very unfair for them to now allow me to cancel my plan and keep charging me every month when I have been trying to cancel this plan for a week now!
