Paid my bill but my internet cut off

Hi I paid bill yesterday (30/3/22) via direct debit,
The funds have come from my bank account but on my tpg account it still saying I owe money on my latest bill!!
An in result to that my nbn has been cut off!?!?!?!?!

For the Direct debit payment method, it will take 2 to 5 working days to be cleared by the bank. It explains why it's still showing on your account that your bill is not paid.


This is why as a prepaid service, we automatically take the bill 7 days before the billing cycle to avoid this type of delays.


We'd like to check on your account and see what we can do to reactivate it while the payment is being cleared by the bank.
