Hi,
I have followed instructions to update the payment detials using the old account portal, but the MyAccount portal is still showing old creditcard information and is unabel to charge the credit card.
My mobile service is not working because it is out of credit and I cannot top it up.
Is there a way to update payment information in MyAccount portal?

Just to add to the above, I now have two $1 charges on my credit card for each of 2 times I tried updating the details.
I cannot call Billing as I don't have a working phone. Email is not being answered. So I don't know what to do.
Can one of the moderators on here help out please.
This is pathetic to be honest. I cannot call you as my mobile plan is blocked due to your system not using the new credit card you have already charged twice, and you are not responding to emails or posts on here.

i have the exact same issue, and agree this payment update fail and not being able to call due to phone not working is totally pathetic..
