I updated my payment method so would like to delete old method. I called 131 423 and press number 2 but not recognised

We've made it easier for our customers to update their payment method just by logging in to My Account. Here's how: Update payment details in My Account

I have already added new payment method but it said “f you have existing bank account details with us for automatic debit, adding a new credit card payment method will not override your existing bank account details. Please call us on 13 14 23 to if you do not wish to use your existing bank account details for any future payments.” so I called
