Good morning, I have recently moved house and no longer require my NBN plan at previous address. I have been trying to call, email and use the online support chat multiple times of the past 2 months, but still have not been able to get through. I do not wish to continue being billed for a service not being used. If someone could please get into contact with me to sort this out, I would be most thankful.
