Plan Upgrade Status

Hi there TPG, I called the call centre over last weekend to upgrade my NBN plan because the particular offer displayed in my account had a browser/html error. Anyway, my plan upgrade was processed over the weekend but I havent received an update since. Are you able to provide me a status check or update on progress. Thank you in advance.
