I would like to cancel my plan.
I have tried calling many times and no one answer . Today they have answered me after 1 hour and 30 minutes , then they advised me they would transfer me to a specialist and the call was hanged up . So frustrating!
I am moving houses and need to cancel it as soon as possible .
Please immediately find a solution in order for me not to take any further actions
