I had reached out to TPG to organise moving property, but wasn't able to specifically advise a date for the move in the process. I will be moving at the start of next month, but the new router has already been dispatched to the new property AND internet cancelled at the residence I am currently living at. I have tried to call (No calls now due to pandemic) and tried the chat function for 2 days and am getting no response. This is very stressful as I have to work from home. can someone at TPG PLEASE reach out to me urgently???
