? I am leaving Australia.

I'm sorry to learn that you're discontinuing your service with us, but I can understand your reason for doing so. To assist you with your request, I'll have our Escalations Team contact you. Can you send me a PM providing the following:

  • Customer ID/username of the account you wish to cancel
  • Best Contact #
  • Preferred time for a callback
