Hello,
When I've signed up for as a new customer it seem my last name was misspeled by the sales person. Everytime I'm redirected to customer service via phone the call drops ... Can somone from TPG here help me change my Last name ?

For correction or modification of account details, please send an email to adsl_admin@tpg.com.au
Kindly ensure to indicate your Customer ID or username and please attach a valid ID document.
