Please help to process account closure for my ADSL account

Hi team,

 

I have sent email to TPG, but no reply on my email yet. I think very basic manner, if I sent email, the team should reply by email, not just giving a call, left a voice message, but your line will never be dialed in.

 

Thank you and please follow up as urgent!
