Applied to cancel a 2nd service we had at another property weeks ago. Initially I was going to transfer to my home but TPG cannot connect due to a digital box being on the line so then requested a cancellation. It is still not being sorted after many phone calls, emails back and forth and several support chats. Status says still pending move request ... Please help, my business has closed up 4 weeks ago due to Covid 19 and we cannot afford the contract payment for internet we cannot use.
