Hi, my wife and I have one TPG account with our names, using one prepaid mobile plan and NBN service, she wanted to terminate and take on a mobile plan from another service provider. However, when she was activating her new SIM card online with porting her current number, she provided her own details; i.e. Name & DoB. The mobile phone number porting was unsuccessful as the account details (the details with TPG and the details provided by my wife) did not match. To achieve the successful porting, could you please advice?
