I have attempted to telephone you but after waiting an hour on hold you cut me off. I have paid for 11 months of my pre-paid service mobile service. I understand the last direct debit will be on or about early February for a final renewal of data mid March 2022. I want to make sure that there are no debits after February. I will not be continuing with TPG. Kindly confirm your understanding that the service will end mid March 2022 and that the last debit will be early February 2022. Thankyou
