Prepaid bill return

Hi I ported out from tpg to other courier, as it was prepaid, so tpg still charged me the bill for this month, and I called to 131423 on 14/06/2021, and one consultant told me money will back to my account 3-5 business day, but till today I haven’t received, can you please check?

Hi @lisayanzh , please send us a private message with your TPG customer ID, Mobile Service Number (MSN) and complete address so we can pull up the account and look into this.
