Prepayment for mobile

Welcome to TPG Community! 


We're able to pull up your account using your community details. We've managed to check your account and can confirm that currently, your mobile phone prepayment outside included value is $0. You are currently subscribed to VM 4 plan which is under the new terms and conditions. 


It saddened us to read your intent to cancel your mobile service with us. You may choose for cancellation to be in effect at the end of your billing cycle or immediately. Please note that even if you choose to cancel your service immediately, the monthly charge for your current billing cycle will not be refunded.

Your monthly fee is charged 7 days in advance. We recommend that you give us at least 2 weeks cancellation notice to avoid being charged for your next billing cycle.


If you are to port your mobile number to another provider, please do not cancel your TPG Mobile service until you have been notified by your next provider that porting is successful. Cancellation process is irreversible and you will not be able to port your TPG number once you have cancelled your service. There is a port out fee of $11.


If you wish to proceed with cancellation, please call us on 1300 993 019. Your payment method will be automatically removed from our system after the account is fully cancelled.
