I've received the following message, via text 'TPG Mobile: You've been charged for 2GB extra data block for billing period ending 15/04/2021. See usage at tpg.com.au/account (30 minutes delay)' I did not receive any data warning and am only just over my data limit. Can this extra fee be waived please as it was charged for yesterday and my data billing cycle restarted today.
