We finished filling up the Change of Ownership form last January and already sent it to adsl_admin@tpg.com.au.
I haven't received any email yet regarding my username or account. Can you please help me on creating a tpg account?

Thanks for raising this with us.
In changing the ownership, the current TPG username and password will remain the same.
You'll not be able to change the TPG username, unless you applied for a new service.
