I port my Sim to TPG last month via TPG OFFICE, Now I need to recaharge it but unable to recaharge my SIM again.
On TPG portal, It displays username doesn't exists

How to add Mobile Prepaid Balance 

 

It appears that you're having issue logging in to My Account. Please send us a private message with your TPG customer ID, Mobile  Service Number and complete address so we can pull up the account and have someone contact you to provide the correct details.
