Receive 403 Forbidden error page when click on link "click here to manage your other services"

When using tpg.com.au website, login with my userid.

Receive 403 Forbidden error page when click on link "click here to manage your other services".

 

This used to work for me.

I have tried deleting cache files but this didn't help.

 

Tried with Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge, same error.

Hi @Mark_Champion

 

Can you please confirm if you are trying to switch from your broadband to mobile service account portal? Have you also tried on Firefox?

yes, switching from broadband to mobile.

I don't get error today.

Works in Google Chrome and Firefox.

 

Is there a direct login for mobile ?

Hi Mark, 

 

Good to know that it is all working now. To log in on your mobile account, just use the mobile number or customer reference number as the username then the password should be the same.
