International Roaming unable to send sms

Hi, I am currently overseas and activated international roaming before I left. I can receive sms's but cannot send them. Keep getting an error advising that I cannot send, sending failed. Trying to send to another Australian number. Please assist. Thanks

Hi @CandyB, you have to have a sufficient prepaid balance in order to send SMS. Whilst receiving SMS while on roaming is free, sending SMS, using mobile data, and making/receiving calls will incur roaming charges. You can check the roaming rates at https://www.tpg.com.au/mobile#international-roaming
