Hi there, I recently cancelled my NBN service with TPG.
There was a system issue system on the TPG side and as the result I was charged a cancellation in error.
I called the customer service team and subsequently the money that was charged incorretly was credited back to me. However, as I am no longer a TPG customer, I do not want the credit to my account.
Will you please arrange refund of the incorrectly charged amount back to my account? I do not want the credit in my TPG account. See the snip of the email I received.
