Refund for Phone Prepayment

My FTTB internet service has been cancelled. I can see in my TPG account that I have a refund for phone prepayment.
Mind if I ask, when can I get it? Thanks!

Sorry, but I am not getting this. TPG texted me, “TPGls be advised that the $20 Phone Prepayment Outside Included Value was reversed.It is credited on the account.” Am I getting the $20 back or not?

The POIV being reversed means it can now be refunded. Our team tried to contact you last Wednesday but no avail. Could you shoot us a PM with your best contact time so we can arrange another call from one of our Accounts Specialists Team to discuss the refund.
