Refund of adsl connectoun fee?

Hi I recently signed up with TPG. Initially for the adsl plan and a modem was sent out. A week later you guys contacted me and moved me over to NBN. I signed up for 18 months. I was told ( by the manager Gina) that when I returned the adsl modem i would receive a refund of the initial adsl connection fee I had paid. I returned the modem last month and am still awaiting the refund. Could you please look into this for me?

Hi @ruth9993,

 

I chased this to our Account Specialists Team and arranged them to contact you tomorrow to discuss details of the refund. Expect them to call you between 10-12NN AEDST.
