Hi I recently signed up with TPG. Initially for the adsl plan and a modem was sent out. A week later you guys contacted me and moved me over to NBN. I signed up for 18 months. I was told ( by the manager Gina) that when I returned the adsl modem i would receive a refund of the initial adsl connection fee I had paid. I returned the modem last month and am still awaiting the refund. Could you please look into this for me?
