Hello TPG,
Normally the service is very good. However last week our internet was out for three days. This week we had half a day of no internet.
My partner and I are landscape architects and both work from home. We have many client meetings via video and are using server files. This disruption caused a lot of fruestration and we lost a huge amount of billable work time due to this. I had to take half a day off work from a meeting elsewhere to come home and wait for the NBN person to arrive at my house. Could you please let us know how we can obtain a refund for this? We are looking at other options for providers, something more stable.
