Please could you advise when I will receive my refund of $69.99. I have return the modem on 07/03/2022 to the North Ryde TPG office, as it was never installed, as I was mucked around by a technician. I have rang 3 time in the last 3 weeks, nothing has been done about putting my refund into my bank account. Nothing seems to be done until I ring & ask questions.
