I am currently on NBN50 plan and have been recently advised by a customer service rep that I have never reached 20MPS when I called to see why my internet was slow or not connecting. Customer service rep I spoke to even said I was no getting anything over 10MPS since joining.
A tech has also come around and said done diagnostics and identified that we could only get max 28MPS nbn in the area.
I would like to request a refund for services not delivered and express my dissatisfaction that you (TPG) was aware that I was getting low speeds and did nothing to rectify this issue.
I would like a full refund of services as what I have been paying for and what I have been receiving is not what was promised.
