I applied for NB on June 18, but I can't understand why the money take out on June 20. Anyway, I canceled my account on the 24th of June, so I want to get a refund for the June month fee. Thanks.

If you only just submitted your cancellation request yesterday, they probably have not processed your request yet. I have requested for our Cancellations Team to investigate and contact you back with an update.
