Regarding credit

Hi

I applied Wireless Home Package and received an email saying my TPG NBN account is in credit at the switch to Wireless Home Package.

The email suggests the NBN account is in credit as of closure but doesn't say if this amount will be moved as a credit to the new home wireless account (same client, same card, new customer ID).

The accounts are linked on the TPG website.

do I need to nominate and request a balance transfer?

Hi ,

 

If you have an available credit on your old account, it can either be refunded or transferred to your new account. You can PM your TPG account details (old and new customer ID/username) to us, so we can assist you.
