Regarding my tpg account login

I can’t login my tpg account from the app my tpg as it always shows incorrect password and username and tried to reset can’t. It can login from website of tpg only can you fix it.

Me customer id is 6437129 and mobile no is 0450413205 and username is Rabindra. I tried a lot to login from app but it says incorrect password

No i am using sim only and there’s only one account how it could be!??

Would you mind to fix this as I cannot use that app to look my data usage and data cycle. I can login from website but I cannot login from that my tpg app.

I already tried and i got temporary password also but when I tried on app it doesn’t work and said username and password error.
