Hi,
I have now tried to arrange a relocation 4 times with you. The issue is your moving button on myaccount doesnt verify my address
2x via online chat where you have said a representative will call back (no call back)
2x via email to the email address provided (no reply at all - been 10 working days)
various phone calls that dont even get through (busy unable to take call)
seriously this isnt customer service - you have my phone number please call or reply how to get this sorted
