Account transition from ADSL to NBN

I changed my TPG account from ADSL to NBN. I need to upgrade my internet plan but keep getting error messages as my account has not been fully transitioned from ADSL to NBN and it has been a number of days. I have now used all my data (have to work from home now) and can’t upgrade. Spent 5 hours waiting/chatting on tpg chat support (thanks all have been very polite) however tpg now say my issue needs to be escaped to customer support to be fixed, however this could be a while.
Any assistance would be amazing 😊
