Request to Close NBN Account but NO Customer Service at All

I would like to confirm that today is the end of this month's billing cycle for my NBN service, and I would like to close my account at the end of the current billing cycle.

 

I have tried the online chat numerous times which is the only communication method provided by TPG, but there are no customer service at all, as per the attached screen shot.

 

PLEASE RESOLVE ASAP BY END OF THIS BILLING CYCLING WHICH IS TODAY.
