Reset modem

Hi I reset my modem because my internet either couldn’t connect or it was so slow. Now I can’t connect. I have a message stating “your newly installed broadband equipment is waiting to automatically configured. This was 90mins a go and still the same message. 🙄

If you're having issues with NBN service, we recommend the best thing to do first is check if there's an outage on the NBN network.

Troubleshooting no internet connection
 

In this particular case, we've seen that the modem/router successfully completed self-configuration and the service has been connected for 3h 51m. Let us know should you require further assistance.
